Priyadharshini Ravisankar

Priyadharshini  is part of the Digital Transformation team at Grant Thornton, whose role is to support transformation initiatives by aligning business processes, operational requirements, and technology-driven solutions across multiple engagements.

She contributes to strategic projects by engaging with stakeholders, analysing business challenges, and supporting the development of solutions that drive operational efficiency and sustainable business value. Within her engagements, Priya supports business transformation efforts by translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and supporting the design of future-state operating models that align with organisational objectives.

Furthermore, she contributes to proposal development, business case analysis, and solution assessments, ensuring strategic priorities are effectively translated into implementation outcomes. Priya has supported transformation initiatives across both public and private sector organisations in Malta, while also contributing to the modernisation and optimisation of core business processes across various industries.

Nathan Portelli

 
Nathan Portelli has a background in IT, software development, and artificial intelligence, and has developed a strong interest in the intersection between technology, business needs, and practical problem-solving. He has seven years of experience working with Grant Thornton Malta, and holds a B.Sc. in IT (Software Development) and an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malta. His experience across technical and professional environments has given him a strong appreciation for clarity, collaboration, and the role that structured analysis plays in delivering meaningful outcomes. He is particularly interested in digital innovation, financial technology, and the continued development of the business analysis profession in Malta.

Clayton Axisa is a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton, whose role is to lead complex initiatives by aligning business strategy, operating models and technology platforms — serving as the lead across multiple engagements. He drives business development efforts by identifying client needs, crafting proposals and leading tender submissions that position the firm as a trusted advisor. Within his engagements, Clayton translates executive vision into actionable roadmaps and deliverables, ensuring clear traceability from strategic objectives to project outcomes. Furthermore, he manages resource planning and vendor negotiations to maximise return on investment while maintaining quality standards through governance. Clayton has worked on the business re-engineering for government entities in Malta, while also supporting the modernisation of core systems across various domains.
